Depends on how well it was maintained by previous owners, and of course how well you take care of it. How it was driven will make a difference too, along with the chance for some of the less-well-considered mods we often find on Supra's.
Check the oil, check the coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, ps fluid, etc. What those fluids look like will give you some idea of what the cars condition really is and how it's been taken care of. Compression test wouldn't hurt either. The 3.0 can definately do 250k under the right conditions, but until you really take a look at it you won't know what you're getting.
