thats a good 1, start with the plugs and coil packs if you have a meter the packs should be between 0.3 and 0.6 ohms. then fuel pump and regulator. if the pressure is not right you could be leaning out and that would go with the high exaust temps. after all that your o2 sensor will prob. be cloged by now.
