Well, you can see if the fuel pump itself is still operational by using a jumper wire in the diagnostic box under the hood. I can't remember for sure, but I believe you check it with the key in the "on" position, then hook up your jumper wire between +B and FP. That should cycle your pump on and you should hear fuel rushing through the fuel rail under the hood. Off the top of my head I can't remember if this bypasses all the relays and such, so if not then you could have a bad relay. Hopefully someone else will chime in and verify that for me.

If you still have fuel, then get an inline spark tester and see if you're getting spark to your cylinders. If you don't, then double check the EFI circuit fuses and relays (I know the 15 AMP under the hood will stop it from sparking). Other than that, I'd consult the TSRM for the testing procedures of the Ignitor.
