Turbo smoking!!! Please heeeeelp!!

Thats kind of what I figured But I didn't know oil seals effected the boost pressure. I just dont know if tis worth trying to put new seals on it. The shaft has absolutely no play in it but I dont know if I am capable of changing turbo seals.
