1993.5 Premier Mk4 n/a questions

Hi I just bought myself a 93 N/A premier Mk4 bone stock and put in a nice wide body kit and fully repainted the car to gunmetal but now I need some help...

1) What kind of turbo can I put into this car if I want a lot of power?
2) What is a perfect wheel offset/width to make it look "flush"? (19x8.5 and 19x10?)
3) Does anyone want to trade their TT Mk4 for my n/a...I will add cash on top...
