Nope. At normal operating temperature it's a 30w oil, no different than any other 30w. But when the engine is cold you
WANT the oil thin to circulate better even at those lower temperatures, which is why the 0w is great for tight tolerance engines (like the 7M) when you first crank them. Less friction and wear at cooler, startup temps, yet a good normal ops temp viscosity as well.
