Ballpark average for a bpu mkiv tt at 15 or 16psi is 350
rwhp (= 412hp at the crank) or so.
The stock SMIC can easily take 15 or 16 psi. Although the end-tanks are plasic, you could hold them on with a metal tie-down strap if you had to (it's been tried and it works - but only necessary at 20psi+ on race fuel).
