Installing BOV

another question. lol

now that i have a BOV, shouldnt the boost gauge read 0 when i'm not on the gas?

EDIT:
ANOTHER question. will getting a MAF instead of AFM help at all? and will rasing the idle rpm be a shor-term fix?
