IMO, go Turbo. The boost is addicting, power potential is far greater, and they are generally quicker.
To answer your question, they are rated at about a 30hp difference.
Keep in mind that whatever Supra you buy, they enjoy spending your money. So save a good chunk of change for repairs/maintenance.
