did you replace your thermostat
does your turbo have the stock heat insulator? or heat shield of some sort?
make sure your getting enough antifreeze and you could try adding a coolant additive.

CHECK ERROR CODES!!!!!!! ALWAYS CHECK ERROR CODES!!!!!!!

(jumping of terminal te1 & e1 can be done with a pape clip)

if the ac doesnt work why keep it?? really it just slows us down and gets in the way under the hood, the system weighs a fair bit i dropped mine
