87 GTE Help/Opinions

I have an 87 turbo that blew the head gasket about 4 years ago and it has been sitting ever since with the top half af the motor off. I have everything i need to put it together. I am looking for opinions on whether to put it back together and sell it, sell it as is, or part it out. Any way I have no intention of keeping the car. What would be the "value" of the car in these three different conditions? There is some pitting on the block from sitting all this time, and I was wondering if a factory head gasket will work, I am sure that I won't be able to get the finish that would be required for a MHG.
