Question? is more or less fuel pressure make a diffrence

im running a 82 I6 2.8 duel over head cam 5MGE my fuel pressure is max 30 gpm and 95psi is more fuel pressure good or bad good for more gas bad on gasmile and heat your tank up

or should u spend the 5.00 in jet fuel what do u think

so what you think more or less Gas
