Default Intercooler project

hello supra lovers,
i decided to change my old intercooler configuration to a more efficient system. my old setup made the hood bay look tacky and not professional looking. it was 2.5in all around(minus the 2.25in pipe located near the passenger fender) with a big ol intercooler that weigh 30lbs! it measured 24in in length, 11in H, and 3.5in W. i did my homework and found out that bigger is isnt always better when talking about intercoolers. so i opted for one that weighs 11lbs and measures 28in X 7in X 2.5in. i also changed the pipes in my hood bay to all hks pipes, the bbv is a ssqv 3.

i also added an oil cooler that is 19rows measuring at 11in X 6in X 1.5in with a 5.5in spal fan. the block off plate was purchased as well to have a direct air flow and i went from electric fans back to clutch fan. i must say that the clutch is much better.

let me know what you guys think

(my old setup)
