Didn't mean to ruffle anyone's feathers over this and my apologies if I have. I won't be getting a road worthy car to do this with. I'll be looking for a parts car or a wrecked one and salvage the parts from it. I wouldn't have the heart to pull the parts from a car that is still in decent shape. So essentially, I'm not pulling a Supra off the road, I'm putting parts of a "dead" one back on the road!
Again, to me, it's just kind of strange. For example, there's little difference between a 'vette IRS and the Mkiv Supra Turbo's IRS...

I'd ask that you at least consider the mighty 2jz-gte among your list of options for this back-from-the-grave project...

NB: Please consider posting any help requests in a new thread instead of asking me for help privately. About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information? Remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help within this family of Supra owners.
