i cant remember but the fuel filter is it one way or it can be use any way? maybe its on the wrong way. restricting fuel to the line. that same problem happend to me but it was when i whashed the engine one time, water pass through the cover of the spark plug on top of them and it was the same problem. hope you fix it and its nothing big . good luck .
