  1. No, turbo upgrades are not "preference". They are specifically chosen to achieve a specific horsepower goal.
  2. He's already got the fuel upgrade covered - how else could he be upgrading the injectors?
  3. Clutch may not be fine, depending on the horsepower level. The oem clutch is only good for about 400rwhp.
