Thank you for posting back here and keeping us updated. Excellent work on your troubleshooting of why you weren't getting any diagnostic codes.

Regarding your speed sensor, note that the signal actually goes through the odometer. It's possible the odometer panel circuit solder joints need to be re-flowed as well.
