blinker failure!!

ok i need some help. i just started driving my 87 mk3 again. i made it down the street and turned on my right blinker and now nothing. im not getting any blinker action at all on the bulbs or even that clicking sound in the dash. i have checked the fuse witch is still complete and sending power. after some poking around, im getting .13 volts at the flasher relay and 12+ volts at the Fuse. Im not sure what to do. any advice would be great
