Supra oil capacity 7 quarts?? Need dipstick measurements, please!

my 86.5 supra takes 7 quarts before the dipstick begins to read. i am thinking that my dipstick or dipstick tube is the wrong length? it would be great if you could supply me with measurements of the dipstick and dipstick tube. thans!!
