How to tune Apexi Safc??

Ooops, sorry.

It is a gte, it's pretty much stock besides the intercooler kit from driftmotion with an hks ssqv bov. I did some research that you can tune it by looking at the O2 sensors voltage, is this true? I'm just not sure if this is only used for mitsubishi or can be used by every vehicle.
