if you plan on keeping boost stock, the ARP rod bolts are way enough for you. the problem with the studs is you cant just drop the head on and go cuz the nuts dont fit through the bolt holes, stuff gets in the way.
i have studs but i got a stupid good deal. they just take more finesse than the bolts. as for gasket kits, any full kit will work. personally fel-pro has good ones, and their hg's meet or exceed factory specs (definitely wanted) and are quality controlled.
go with the bolts unless you get a good deal, and when you install them, feed them through the head, then thread the nuts almost all the way down, then carefully set the head down, and use an allen key to thread the studs into the block until they are snugged. then tighten the nuts down to spec.
bolts are much easier, and in your case more than enough, just my opinion
