i think weve all gotten off subject here.
transmission problems are the issue here, not when/where/how to drift.
to me, it sounds like the main shaft bearings are going out in the tranny, or excessive gear wear due to fluid loss/lack of lubricity.
another possibility would be output shaft bearings, but unlikely cuz it doesnt do anything in fourth. 1st, 2nd and 5th gear are on the input/output main shafts, 3rd gear as well (this is all for the r154)
i havent been able to identify 4th gear on the main shaft(s) in my manual, but since its probably on a counter shaft and the only gear no making noise, id say its still main shaft bearings.
