There are no conversion kits and unless you're planning on a full custom ITB setup it's a waste of both mileage and efficiency (and typically power).
And carbs don't change the sound of the engine unless they're VERY poorly tuned. More aggressive cams, yes. Different exhaust, yes. Fuel tuning of any sort, yes.
