+1 about the wiring. It is the supra's weakness. If you didn't take out the CPS it is not likely it's alignment will be the problem.
If you need to drive it right away, just cut the connector off and use heat shrinking butt-connectors to connect the wires together until you can properly repair the connector. This is not the cleanest way to repair it, but it is very fast, cheap and effective. I have also successfully replaced this connector with Weatherpack (GM) 4 wire connectors from NAPA. It is a much better connector.
If you have the time to repair it cleanly, back probe the connector with a ohmmeter to find the bad connection and replace or repair the offending pins.
