Make My N/a Go Faster

ok so i have a 89 supra that i jus bought
its NA so that is sad
the only upgrades are rims exhoust and magic fuzzy dice that add like 500hp
so yeh
i want it to run 8s or 9s somewhere around there
is that even possible without doin the 7mgte swap
i would really like to stay away from turbo cuz yeh if i get a turbo ima have the biggest loudist bov i can find
