unless u want to make some large insane amount of power...theres no need to realy switch to bigger pistons....bigger pistons on a stock engine will theoretically slow you down...more mass...more energy to move that mass, so thats kind of useless, though depending on the extent of the damage...if minor you can bore it or have it ported, but if it is major damage i recommend getting a new block...since itll be the safer route....
