1991 turbo project to pass on?

I have a 1991 Supra Turbo that I intended to recondition and pass on to my nephew as he turns 18. The car body is without damage and engine is sound only needing the manifold replaced. Paint is faded and interior is in need of recovering seats, but not the project clunkers I have seen.
As I have recently experienced the cut backs of corporate America the capital and time is not available anymore.
I do not want to pass this car on to anyone except a fan of this year and model... Is this a good site to list it???
