Well I was way off, those lines are not the ones that are leaking. It looks like the small rubber/metal combo line that goes from the pulley to the rack almost dead center under the engine.

I've attached some pictures of the line itself and it's hex bolt connector.

Do I have to replace these entire lines, or do the rubber sections come off past the accordion/bellow looking piece. Do I just replace those and not the metal lines? All I see on line for power steering lines are those 2 foot long ones, and this one is maybe a foot from end to end. I pulled a foam rubber protector piece off the rubber line so you guys could see the yokohama rubber piece that is believed to be the faulty part.
