I've never done the swap but from what I've read the rears are bolt on but the e-brake will require some tweakage to work. The fronts are not so simple. Best way to do that conversion is to buy the correct parts from someone else. Most comments I read claimed it required fabrication of parts, alignment was off and it looked funny. My decision was to stick with stock brakes until I can afford to get a nice big brake kit.
