check engine light codes 31 and 24, car wont rev and floods! help! with video.

I forgot to mention I have a safc2.

I'll look it up to. Do you have any idea on my problem? also how would I go about testing the wires to the sensor? It seems like every post I find on here your a very big help to them! Thanks.
