i dont think you should have a problem, the headers and the 2 1/2 in. exhaust shouldnt really give you any trouble with emissions, as for the cat.. it depends...performance cat means a lot...theres the free flow cat and the actual performance cats...free flow..is what it is...free flow...it still filters but not as much, the performance cats actually filter the exhaust to CARB legal specs....unless what you are using is not CARB legal...otherwise i dont think you should have any problem....if your stuff is CARB legal and you fail... show them the package it came it that says its CARB legal...it usually says it on teh actual product like the exhaust or the headers somewhere...good luck on teh test
