I'm having the same problem now on my 91 Supra as I have had in the past with another Supra (1987) with the front lower control arms. The adjuster cam bolt seizes to the steel sleeve inside the rubber bushings located in the control arms. It makes is impossible to adjust the alignment on the car. I have tried everything (including a sledge hammer) in an attempt to loosen (unseize) the adjuster cam bolt from the bushings in the control arms. Three out of the four are seized. Any ideas short of cutting the wishbone control arm out with a sawzall and then replacing the lower control arms. It seems to me that it's a VERY poor setup for alignment purposes for the northern states where salt is used on the highways.
