this sounds more like a wheel bearing to me. does the sound increase frequency with speed of the car?

a caliper slider is only moving when the brakes are applied (unless something is horribly wrong).

jack the car up and spin the wheel by hand. if it clicks while you spin it, id lean towards a wheel bearing. if its never been replaced, they arent bad to at least check, clean and re-pack with grease if not just replace.
