turbo questions..

alright so i have a few questions.. i have no experience with supras and little knowledge of turbos.. loads of experience with the 302 HO. but im buying my first and i will learn about it. im buying a 7m-ge 86.5 mk3. as you ALL know. its N/A. so the questions:

im gunna buy a turbocharger from ebay. wanna run a little over a bar. gunna have it rebalanced and all that good stuff. but what kind of flanges will i need (t3, T4) so basically.. how can i tell if itll easily fit..

i was gunna get a new ecu because from understanding on the forums the 7mge engine doesnt take kindly to a turbo. anyone know something that'll get the job done until i can get a real high performance one.

and finally for now.. anyone recommend a certain brand of turbos to look for? im not looking to spend lots of money now. im gunna buy cheap shit in the mean time and as paychecks come in, ill replace and upgrade..
any and all help is greatly appreciated.
