The N/A cam swap is a myth... The exhaust cams are all the same, only the intake cam differs but it doesn't really give much improvement in the low end (because you're out of it's range too quickly once the turbo begins compressing air) and the high end gets significantly choked.

A twin turbo setup is a waste of time and money. A well designed/planned single turbo setup will grant the same performance with less expense and a lot less custom work.

The valve stem seals are quite easy if you've got the head off.... adjust the cam lobe/lifter clearances while you're at it.
