disability question

My nephew is on disability he got hurt a while back driving for a company. The check itself is worth about nothing he gets $660 a month, he lives with friend so he chips in for rent and grocery's and other bills, but can he get a part time job to make extra cash? I told him there has to be a way to make more than 7k a year. So I wanted to ask you guys. If he can how much can he work or can he make without losing his disability check? He can only do so much anyway because he stays in pain and is going to be on pain medicine forever it also makes him sleep consistently. So he could probably push maybe 15 to 20 hours a week doing something like answering the phone or a simple job. Please serious answers only I don't want him to be this broke forever. So if anyone knows anything please write.
