Default Full Cage Help?

Gonna be picking up a MK3 soon. I want to put a full cage in. I cant seem to find a good layout of where the points should be welded. Just need to know the locations to tie the whole car together while still able to get in and out of the car with minor difficulty. I do want to be able to keep the dash in place. and have the stock interior intact except for the rear seats. I will be getting racing seats for the front. This car will we be used for some drag racing and autocrossing, but will see alot of street driving. Car will be having more than 1000hp down the road, so I need to make sure the chassis holds up. Or if anyone knows someone close to Detroit, Michigan that can answer all my questions in person that would be great. Thank you.
