MKIV Wilwood GIANT W6A 6 piston 14.25 inch brake kit

Wilwood has come out with a new W6A caliper. This AWESOME forged 6 piston caliper is the latest in radial mount forged calipers designed for a 14.25 rotor. The W6A incorporates a huge bridge at each end of the caliper and is designed for slightly heavier vehicles and translates into unbelievable value and performance with a look that will blow you away. This caliper and pad translates into more than 30% more swept area on the rotor and with over 6 different pad combination's, you will have no problems using these brakes on the street and at the track.

One thing I need to cover is, that our standard rotor finish ON ALL OF OUR KITS, has changed to black E-coating, its an excellent finish and has better thermal and corrosion resistance than zinc plating. The best part is I was able to keep the price the same and make this excellent finish the standard finish.

As with all of the 14.25 inch kits we do not stock the rotors or calipers, but we have all the Arizona Performance parts in stock. We can usually ship THIS kit in 2-5 weeks after payment, all other kits will ship within 48 hours of payment.

Its crazy how much bigger this caliper is than the stock caliper sorry I don't have any photos if them next to each other. I included a few photos of the 13.06 Six piston caliper next to the W6A caliper to give you a good idea. You really do have to see them in person.

AMAZING is all I can say.

I am working on an installation template so you can see if these will fit your wheels. They seem to have more material over the bridge (over the rotor) but since the rotor is 1.25 and the pad material is a tad thinner on the W6A caliper there appears to be more clearance in all the right places and TONS of strength in all the right places also. It really is the best of all worlds if you are going to run 18 inch or bigger wheels.
