Hey im wondering if any! has an idea of what it is after ive checked my actuators cant find any vacuum leaks what is the next step before i rebuild the turbo. The car is completely stock besides exhaust. which i had to install a cat to pass aircare and it was long after i started to have this problem. Any1 have an idea???????????
