I recently acquired a n/a 87 mkIII supra with a JDM 7MGTE. Im looking for the complete stock turbo setup. I need something afordable that will pass california smog. any ideas?

so today, randomly, my supra decide to be stupid and not start. all the electronics still turn on and work but the starter won't even move. i believe there's a short between the battery terminal and the starter but i am not certain. can anybody help me figure out what it could be please. it would be very apperciated. thanks.
