About a month ago I noticed a slight hesitation in my 89 Supra turbo. Didn't matter if it was at little throttle, or pulling hard. Had it parked in storage for about 3 weeks, and when I got it out again, it ran fine. Parked in our garage, and the next day it ran on about 3 cylinders. quick question before I start building. I've heard from a few people now but never been able to confirm this online, is the 1jz 87 supra motor bottom end good for up to 600hp stock?

anyone help here?
ive a 93 3lt non turbo supra, the problem I have
is loss of spark, and injector pulse.
the car will run, yet engine of course miss-fires.

I feel its the cam angle sensor, this model
has the hall effect type. single coil.

unlike the turbo coil over plugs type, crank angle.

as there expensive OEM I would love to know if this is a common problem before I order one ex japan. I cant seem to locate
a second hand...

I was driving on the freeway and as I was exiting I felt a loss of power I came to the light and it died. It smells like fuel is getting there I do have spark I even sprayed starting fluid and nothing happend no combustion.
