how do i remove the stereo pannel

can anyone tell me how to remove the panneling around the stereo on my 87 supra

Look in the TSRM under "Body" page BO-52 (item #7). It is pretty simple. Remove the ash tray bracket (2-screws) then 3 screws holding the panel. The panel is somewhat flexible and can be carefully pried out. TSRM is located online elsewhere on this site.
