Where are the speakers and what size are they?
 

I have a 1986.5 MKIII Supra, and I have been looking for the speakers. I have read that there are 6 speakers present, but I can only find 4: the set in the doors, and the set next to the triangular windows behind the back seats. If there is another set, where is it located? Knowing the sizes would also be helpful.

6.5" were only present in '91, '92 and '93 MKIIIs (in the doors, the rear speaker configuration matched those in '89 and '90). All other years have 4" in the doors, 4.5" in the hatch area and MKIII's from 89 on had 3.5" speakers added by the shoulders of the rear seats.

Are the 4.5" speakers you speak of oval or round, I know the MK2 took oval speakers. I also need all new speakers...Thanks

they are all round in the 1986.5 mk3 i actually just insalled some and you can fit 5 1/4 in the back :D
