Default AUdio SETUP! SOme help thanks

Hey i have some lanzar heritage serise subs which are great. I got 2 12" 124D's in a Band Pass 4 port box. Now with a Vibe 248 amp pushing 500RMS per channel its good only thing amps getting kinda really hot so at these settings it sounds n hits fine just the heat issue:
HU Settings:

Bass +12
Trebel +12
Sub Lvl +2db (max +/-6db)
Sq Set 60hz+6 (can be +12 or 0)
LPF 80Hz
HPF 180Hz

Amp Settings:
Amp level is about 85%- 90 up.

LPF about 25% like that on the amp gain to the left so you can turn it up more but its pretty low.

HPF about 70% to the right of the adjust(gain) knob.

Freq Amp set: Low

Thoes are my settings

These are the settings so ya maybe any one have any reccomendations and stuff id love for some help at fine tuning my system. My hole system is.

Panasonic 50x4 watt deck
2 Infinity 6002i's
2 lanzar 12" 124Ds 1000RMS
1 Vibe 248 amp 500rms at 2ohms / chan.

THANKS!

So ya im just curriouse what should the gains be at and are the HU settings accurate? Because im trying to figure out a nice setting for HPF and LPF to get a nice GOOOD sounding hard hitting base sound.

agh those gains are outta wack.....ill tell you quick if u got time u would wanna.....put everythign as 0, put the deck at the volume you usually lsiten to....than tweek yoru amp until its distorts, put it back down a bit..than tune yoru deck

This is what ideally i think it should be, every system is different

BASS = 0
TREBLE = 0 +1 OR +2 OR +3
SUB LEVEL + 3
LPF = 80
HPF = 120-160-180

Amp gain, no more than 75%
LPF = 30-40%
HPF = 60-70%

and ya the subs get a low frew and the fronts get a high freq

your amps getting ht because everythings almost maxed out
