94/95 supra alarm

Can anyone help please..!!
I have a 94/95 Toyota supra twin turbo (UK) and the battery went flat due to me not able to drive it (shoulder opp). I've charged the battery back up but the alarm keeps going off when I turn the ignition on.

Try resetting the stock alarm.
