Interior Accessory Floor Lighting

A buddy of mine has four floor lights in his crappy Ford Escort, and I'm trying to find a set. His are green, but I'm looking for blue. I'd ask him myself, but he owes me $50 and is avoiding me.

I don't think his are neon, but I'm not sure what else they could be. He has the two front lights under the dash so that it lights up your feet, and the two back ones are under the front seats. It's all wired under the center console, and there's an on/off switch under the steering wheel. I don't have any idea where to find me some of these!!!

Anybody have any ideas?
