help with interior

so ive been looking at my friends dads mk3 87 supra.. the sunroof leaks so the it destroyed the roof the upholstery is falling bad and i was wondering is that possible as a DIY or do i have to get it shopped. and if it has to be taken to a shop any estimate on a price?
