Exterior door trim removal - How?

Hi - I want to remove the exterior horizontal trim from the right side door on my 1991 Supra to fix some rust that is there. How is the trim removed? Do you pry it off, or do you have to remove the interior door panel? Or what?

you have to remove the panel. then there are nuts you have to remove on the reverse side of the bumper.
