clutch suggestions
 

well i finally got my mk2. /cheer and of course the clutch is absolutely Pooched!
im not even going to go into what its doing cause im just going to replace it.
and im looking for suggestions on what kinda of a clutch i should put in it. and is it somthing i could replace by myself or is it sumthing i dont wanna f-around with cause its too complicated for a car noob??? :P

any suggestions or information would be grately appreciated.
