monkihead SP58GT Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: San Antonio texas Posts: 646	the 6m had a higher hp output vs the 5m, but i believe it was around the range of the 7m. the 6m is the jap version of the same 5m, just better design. dont ask, i dont work with the 6m much, but its what i know. when my 86 was in the shop, i had a port match job done on the head. it made a good difference in power, but the ignition system was slacking off. __________________ ....all you need is a small taste of success and you will find it suits you.... monique- better off dead
